LONDON, ENGLAND: HYDE PARK

When I imagined Hyde Park before I saw it, I expected a park that resembled more of Greenwich Park. But Hyde Park is seriously one of my favourite places in the world!

Walking through the paths lined with ducks and squirrels seems like you've escaped from crazy London, that you've travelled into a world that seems so picturesque. It's amazing, you begin to question the the way the world works, and you can gain a sense of peace by just walking through a park.

I spent two days wandering through Hyde Park, and I would seriously do it again without fail! Seeing the dogs running around with their owners, seeing the leaves fall from the big old trees, and the green of the grass during the harsh and bitter winter is one of the most beautiful sights. I sat by The Serpentine for about an hour on the second day, and it fills you with a sense of contentment. That there are places in the world that can let you escape.

Until next time Hyde Park
